Missing "Identify" after upgraded to 4.9 beta

I developed a plugin to fetch additional metadata. One of the available actions is "Identify" as an action on a movie. This action perfectly worked in 4.8, but it disappears in 4.9 beta for my specific metadata provider.

Do I need to implement a specific interface? How to restore this action?
