keitaro26 22 Posted May 23, 2025 Posted May 23, 2025 Hello all, I'm not sure what I am missing here, but it seems that I can't get my Media Indicators to display consistently in collections. Here is one collection (manually created) where it works fine: And here is an automatically created collection with some of the same movies where it only applied to 2: I've tried refreshing metadata, replacing images, removing and readding the media from my library, and uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. I've also tried changing treatment styles and using default indicators, but I am having no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

ebr 16169 Posted May 28, 2025 Posted May 28, 2025 Are you sure they are exactly the same movies? If you click on them, do they show the same path?

ebr 16169 Posted May 28, 2025 Posted May 28, 2025 Then it seems it almost has to be a cache issue of some sort. What happens if you delete the "enhanced-images" folder under the image cache?

The pictures took a second to load, but then it ended up exactly like my screenshots from before. Does it matter that the collection they are working in is a manual collection and the one they are not is automatically created by TMDB?
ebr 16169 Posted May 29, 2025 Posted May 29, 2025 Other than device caching, I'm out of ideas. I don't know how the same item could have different primary images.
ebr 16169 Posted May 29, 2025 Posted May 29, 2025 And are you on the beta server? That must be it. You are seeing images from the non-HDR versions somehow.
keitaro26 22 Posted May 29, 2025 Author Posted May 29, 2025 I'm not on the beta, but shouldn't the plug-in be overpaying based on the highest quality? And why does it work in one collection but not the other?

That is what it is designed to do but perhaps something has changed in the server (see topic I linked) to affect that. 36 minutes ago, keitaro26 said: And why does it work in one collection but not the other? If I split the versions apart and delete the art for the lower version, then regroup them, it shows no image in the collections with the issue. I'm guessing this is a server problem rather than the plugin, but any suggestions?

visproduction 315 Posted July 1, 2025 Posted July 1, 2025 Try changing the added date inside the nfo files. Make the media you want in the collection to have the oldest added date. Version HDR (.nfo file) <dateadded>2025-06-30 11:58:30</dateadded> Version 1080P <dateadded>2025-06-30 11:58:30</dateadded> Change version HDR <dateadded>2020-06-30 11:58:30</dateadded> Rescan the library. You may have to redo the collection, as well, for this to help. I suspect that the oldest dataadded value may be the media that gets into the collection. Hope that helps.
