iOS app always reloads

This has been the case since I can’t remember when but this always happens on iOS app. 

not allowing me to upload screen capture mp4 but emby app loads, then reloads   Goes quicker on .60 but same behavior

In my experience this can usually be stopped by uninstalling the app completely and then reinstalling it.  The behaviour tends to recur later, though, after some further update.
