Skip intro doesn't work when player controls are hidden

Using the iPhone app, version 2.2.39, language set to Polish.

The expected behaviour is that when the skip intro button appears, tapping will skip the intro.

Instead, it brings up the player controls, and the button moves up above them. Tapping on the button with the controls visible skips the intro.

Tapping anywhere else on the screen hides the controls, moves the button down, and again the button won't skip the intro, it brings up the controls.

It will consistently skip the intro only when the player controls are visible. It will occasionally skip the intro with the controls hidden, but this is extremely rare.

This isn't a new issue, I have experienced it for the past couple of months. Possibly it existed much earlier, but that's when I started using the ios app regularly.

Still an issue.

I tested changing the interface language in the app from "Auto" to "English" and was able to replicate the failure, the skip intro button still won't work with the controls hidden

Yes, still an issue in v2.2.40. Tested and no change in behaviour

Tested IOS 2.2.41 today, the skip intro button now works fine on the first tap. Thanks for fixing!
