Clean up removed media from Library

Hi guys, my HDD just broke down so I've removed it from my library but the media is still showing up. Is there any way to clean up my library to removed any removed media. I know on plex they have like a delete trash button to do this.

I removed the drive from the library from the library settings on Emby and the shows that were in it are still showing, I get an error message saying "no compatible streams are currently available"

Tried doing a library scan but no luck

That would suggest they are still in your database and with potential errors trying to remove from your database.

But without server logs from when you removed the library and what you actually see in Emby it is all just a guess game.
