Plugin: Live Network Throughput Monitor - alpha testing

Has a dynamic chart, so will update kbps, mbps or,Gbps or Tbps depending on the values, the graph updates every 1.5 seconds.
Datacentre mode changes the format of the value displayed for huge number so you might not see it do anything until those values are received from the server.
This is an alpha test release, so there might be bugs.  Linux and Mac are coded in, but I have no way to test them, so they are not verified as working.

This is a version with logging to Emby log dir turned off, previous version from post 1 (deleted now) will just keep writing to the same debugging log file until its huge.

logfile is called "NetworkMonitor.log" and may not show up in emby log viewer via the webUI, I suggest you delete it. It was only there for me to see what was happening whilst creating the plugin.
