Sammy 790 Posted May 18, 2025 Posted May 18, 2025 Now that I got my computer sorted and updated to Windows 11, I proceeded to add some larger disks to my case. Although I added larger disks I was having issues prior with being able to copy files into my Cove Cube Drive Pool. I adjusted to the Share Permissions to be "Everyone", "Administrators", "System" and "Users" but the issue persists. Recommendations? @Carlo?
Clackdor 109 Posted May 18, 2025 Posted May 18, 2025 @SammyAre all of your drives formatted as NTFS? I'm assuming your pool show as good with no drives missing. Do you have stablebit scanner? If so have your drives been scanned since updating/reinstalling? As for the permissions, I would make sure you take ownership of all file and folders, and apply any changes recursively to all files and folders and enable inheritance. Make sure nothing in a subfolder has different permissions than what you set. If I remember correctly there is guidance somewhere on their site or forum to fully reset the permissions on a pool that might help too. 1

Sammy 790 Posted May 18, 2025 Author Posted May 18, 2025 A simple reboot fixed it. Sorry to bother. 1
