emby does not work in windows or theater in https

i use emby ubuntu and i trid to conect it in to my windows divice with https but it didnt conect nither in theater mode but in android and android tv divices but also in web emby it was conecting without any problem

it ses that it cant finde the server but it wont showw me the loading sercle like it is usualy duing wen it is conecting and imidiatly it ses that it can find it and i swud chec if the server is up

it is coming from open ssl but i have trid it in another emby server and it was working but wen i cange my tru nas server to a ubuntu server and put the ssl thear it wosent working in those to apps

yes i tryd the shame copy paste from the browser withou the port number in the shame url ofcurs but only in windows and thiater dosent worck

also the thing tha i observd was that wen i put evrything corecly it wasent taking time to serch but wen i put them incorecly on perpus it was soing the shame mesage but it was taking time to sherch if the server is active

i discoverd somthing els i tride to put the emby server i another computer and stil had the shame problem in truenas and ubuntu

also i swa in the incoming pakegis that the app sents a request to the server and the server sents a pakege bak

But it probably never reached Emby server. Do you use a reverse proxy?

i found the solucion the problem was with the ssl it was shelf created by open ssl the windows ap requires a vilide ssl not self host but i dont se way the didnt alow shelf created ssls to be used by the windows and theater app
