small request with Emby for Android TV "Use External player for Videos"

Hello guys , im using DUNE HD 4k PRO VISION which is linux based system and has android system installed on top of it. 

long story short i installed Emby for Android TV , the problem is the Emby Player doesnt play any HD audio codecs like DOLBY TrueHD 7.1 or DTS-HD the video would start but doesnt play and has no audio at all , just frozen.

the only solution is to enable "Use External player for Videos" in the playback settings menu and would just play the movie using KODI or DUNE or VLC or any other player.

my small request is : can we please add a feature in EMBY to have the Use External player for Videos on demand with each video (like right click , open in external player) in addition to keeping it in the playback settings as it currently is.

You can install Standard Android app (download from the Store) and see how does it compare?

The standard android app also doesn't play Dolby TrueHD and it also has that same option "use external player" toggle button. 

I'm just asking if the developers can add a small feature which is I can select to "open in external player" option for each content or movie that I can right click before I start it. you know what I mean?

When I long press on a content Im requesting Adding one options in that drop down menu

"play using external player"

 It would be super helpful

Yes I understand that, I'm asking if we can add the option in that drop down menu to "use external player" as a DUNE user I don't really wanna play all videos externally because it doesn't register where I stopped and I can't resume later. 

If that option is available, users can just use it when they need to play Dolby TrueHD on external device and other content normally on emby player

it would be even better to try and make Emby Android TV play Dolby TrueHD on DUNE HD 4k PRO VISION but i understand thats a longer process (which im willing to help out with reports btw if you guys need)

The feature request I linked to is asking for exactly what you are. You should lend your support to it.  As of now, it has very little support.

Thanks for your quick reply the post u refered to is indeed exactly what I'm asking for. I'd surely love to support but not sure how though. Should I comment there to increase the post's importance or can I even support with development?
