Not permitted to create a user account on this website

Hi,

 

My friend is trying to create an emby connect account however she keeps getting this error msg. I'm not sure what's wrong but we tried with different devices/ wifi/ browsers/ internet connection. I tried to PM the admin to see if he could help us.
