hello there. im trying to create collection with people but no luck. for some reason it is hiiden someware.... until i add a movie to it, then appers in collections. why? collection with only people can not be created?

The Beta version has this fixed.  Earlier version require that you add, at least one media video as well, then the people collection will appear.

Beautiful. So where can I get the better version? . And if I “fix” this on the server, would that be fixed also on the client applications like on the TV and stuff?

Not necessarily the "better" version, but the beta version, i.e. used primarily for testing - https://emby.media/windows-server.html (Beta Channel)

Please note that once you move to Beta channel, you cannot easily move back to Stable channel without a full re-installation and clean database. If you move to Beta, it's best to stay there until the next Stable release catches up.
