Unable to configure Emby

After installing the Ember Server, I do not receive the option to configure Emby, and I never see the Setup Wizard. The Server is running, but I cannot proceed. Can anyone assist me?

Selected what video? And where did you do that? Can you please show a screenshot example of what you are doing?

When I click "Choose Files" below, it takes me to my Computer Files, and then I select "videos". I do not know what to do next.

I installed the Emby server from the Emby Download Server Windows. I was expecting a windows tray icon after installation, so I could configure. It never shows up. What do I need to do?

Did you start the server after installing it?

It shows Home and Favorites on the screen, Dashboard, Connection Help, Etc. I am unable to access anything helpful.

Can you see the cog at the top right which takes you to the system settings/dashboard?

You say you can see the dashboard, so you should see the menu on the left with all the different settings pages.  Or do you not mean "dashboard" in the Emby sense?

I see the Menu on the left, but I do not see any accessible pages, I see play from another device, Settings, Manage Emby Server, on the right. How do I move forward?
