MediaIntelNUC 12 Posted July 2, 2025 Posted July 2, 2025 So i tried it by removing the swedish subtitle icon beacause that icon was on 95% of my library by first deleting the Icon and refresh, and when all were gone i added it again and refreshed, i guess the size of the library is a factor in the case so it contains: Movies: 151 (in separate folders) Series: 134 (in separate folders, some with multiple seasons in each folder) Movie Collections: 32 (in separate folders, with 5-ish movies in each collection give or take) Documentary movies: 19 (each in separate folders) Documentary series: 14 (each in separate folders, some with multiple seasons) Total data library short of 5TB I would say that the refresh time for deleting and adding where cut by approximatly half! I'll look into it again but for now i'm focusing on the inside of the plugin to make sure everything is 110%.

Should no longer aggregate episodes when browsing TV show libraries and instead use the cache as intended, improving performance a lot. Changed hashing system to a bit faster one. Fixed: Having comma in library names should no longer crash the plugin. Fix for community rating drawing so it will take smaller amount of memory (Minimum gain but better than nothing). Minor fixes for edge case situations. Reverted to old path handling to make it work again on some configurations. I highly suggest people use this version as the new cache really speeds things up when entering TV show libraries (Movie libraries always worked as intended). That is in Arch the Emby folder is locked if the Emby service is running. I do not want to be stopping the service to add icons to the plugins icons folder. I would simply like to be able to point this to the folder I created for it in my Downloads folder on a secondary drive. This servers two purposes. One I always have the icons I saved without having to remember to back them up from the plugins folder, and two I won't have to go through stopping the service just to add icons to the plugins folder.

I really wish i could fix that but i think it's a problem on your end and not the plugin, while not Arch i have tested on other Linux systems without problems. The settings have a better way of choosing the icons folder, maybe that will help a little. I will read up on it though and see what i can find out. 1

Hope the devs of CoverArt and Iconic wont hate me for this. Also working on tag based overlays so you guys can add your own overlays. For example add a "bob" tag to a movie and bob.png will be overlayed. The audio and video formats are pretty easy to add but the tag system might take a little time.
