I was bored lying in my bed feeling sorry for my self so took a short look at the log.
I can see Emby for Mac still uses .net 6 and Embyicons was updated to use .net 8 some time ago.

I made a small edit in the plugin to make it .net 6 compatible, with the change it might run but i have no Apple Mac to test it.

Please report back if it starts as it should.

I made a small edit in the plugin to make it .net 6 compatible, with the change it might run but i have no Apple Mac to test it.

After fast use, it's a perfect resolve for me, especially it has filename rule, it's a simple way for me to show the chinese subtitle icon, because I rename the movie filename including "[ZH]" if it has a chinese subtitle include.

Just two little advice:

1. some sesolution display is not as same as emby do. for exmple, the resolution is 1306*1080, but the icon shows 720p

2. DoVi P8 can use a DV+HDR icon, instead of just DV, the only DV icon should be used for DoVi P5. and if there is no HDR format, you can use a SDR icon.

That's all. Thank you again, It's really a perfect plugin. I think I don't need KOMETA now

The resolution is a problem i already fixed once, guess i have reintroduced the problem again later.
Will look at it when i have time and feeling better.

The Dolby Vision thing is done on purpose.
The hierarchy is from lowest to highest HDR -> HDR10 (if file name has HDR10plus in it since Emby does not support showing that information yet) -> Dolby Vision.
It simply shows the highest color format.

I see there is a link in one of the pictures, best to remove that from here before it causes problems.

Make the filename rule can be used in Series/Episode. so that you can make subtitle/network icons displayed on Series posters.

And can I reorder every filename rule by using Priority

I have tried the new version, the filename rules work fine with series and seasons, but seems to have problem with episodes. My chinese subtitle icon is displayed on Series and seasons poster, but not shown on episode fanarts
