Unable to remove library

I tried to setup Live TV recording at one point so I added a library called "Recordings" which didnt seem to work and somehow turned into 3 libraries. Recently I've tried to delete them the first removed but the others just buffer forever until I refresh. I renamed one to Test to see if that would let me but with no luck.

I've attached the logs for after a restart and attempting to remove both. Library names are:
Recordings
Test

Hi, what makes you think it "didn't seem to work" ?

And why was three libraries unexpected?

I only created the one library so I don't know where the other 2 came from. It didn't seem to work as when we tried to record something nothing ever got added in the directory I specifed but did in the director for the 2 it created after the fact. I'm just wanting to remove the 2 libraries now as I don't need to use the Live TV option anymore. I've enabled log debugging and tried removing them both on my phone as I get the following error when using the phone 'There was an error processing the request. Please try again later' hopefully this generates something in the logs to show the issue.

The recording process will create as many as three libraries, so this might be normal.

During the second logs I generated. I cleared the logs file and ran it in debug just for that error.

This was months back unfortunately so the logs are long gone. I had just never looked into the recording until recently when I wanted to remove the libraries.
