Move CAST and EXTRA features around?

Any way on the Roku/Web to move the EXTRA FEATURES where the CAST & CREW is at and move the CAST & CREW below the EXTRAS FEATURES..

We aren't going to change the order in one app.  There is a FR to allow customization of the order.

He doesn't want to re-order the cast within the row.  He wants to re-order the rows themselves on the detail page.
