Two Emby servers using one Synology NAS

Can two Emby Servers both use the same Synology NAS?  Both servers would be external to the NAS.

Absolutely, but make sure only one (or less) writes to the NAS ( .nfo''s .jpg's ..) and the servers keep a local DB/cashe/etc.... otherwise you may see both constantly updating whenever one changes something (kind of a circular update) . 

You can also use the same Premier key on both servers (if applicable) .
