trying to use IPTV

Hey can anyone help with an issue I am having with IPTV Plugin, it only works on my pc , when I  use on my devices nia the emby server the streams just give a blank screen with a progress circle and they never load.

I do have emby Premier and the stream links are m3u8 the set up is simple on my pc , add stream link and name it I do not see any other setup options but it still doesn't play on my device(TV) via emby server and it will cast via chromecast to the server on the device but keep in mind it play's on my pc when I open the IPTV plugin Library and play the channel. I can use em in the live TV section as m3u8 tuner and it works however there is no program guide and IPTV lets me add all the images, logos and information manually and i like that feature.

Yeah I appracate the reply and your time, I gave up on using IPTV to much hassle I decided to use VirtualTV instead, I Enjoy building my own channels using my own media witch is vast and honestly it is much better for me to watch and it works great.
