Problem with keyboard skip chapter buttons

Server OS: FreeBSD 13 (TrueNAS Core)

Server Version: 4.8.11.0 (Manual installation, not a plugin)

Client OS: Windows 10

Browsers tested: Firefox (Developer Edition), Vivaldi.

 

Recently i've noticed the PGUP and PGDN buttons that would normally skip forward and backward through video chapters is instead skipping to the next or previous video in the TV series. The videos being watched have clearly defined chapters that appear in the chapters list and can be jumped to if the chapter is selected but the keyboard shortcuts seem to ignore them. I also tried using the web client at app.emby.media to see if anything different happened but the same problem occurred.

Is this a known bug?
