Emby app stopped on Roku

Watching a TV series (CSI: MIAMI) and emby stopped and went back to the main roku screen. This has happened a few times before and this I got the logs...

Hi.  When this happens, please restart the app and then immediately send the app log from the user menu at the top of the home screen.  Then post out here what time you did that.

I was listening to music at 4:28pmEST.. and emby crashed... I sent the logs at around 4:29pmEST

Hi.  You did nothing but re-start the app and then send the log?  According to your log, the last run of the app was terminated normally.

Last Exit: EXIT_USER_NAV

Can  you explain exactly what happened?

i was listening to some music and it abruptly went to the Roku main dashboard. re-opened emby again and played the same album with no issues..

It did it again... I was looking at tv series DIG, looked up Anne Hesch and the spinner spun then closed and went to Roku main screen.. Sent log at 9:14amEST.

Went back into Emby and was able to look through DIG > Anne Hesch with no issues..

That one did have crash info.  The app shouldn't be crashing but the root cause appears to be losing connection with or very slow response from your server.  Something in the app isn't handling the timeout correctly.  I'll have Speechles look into that.

Pretty sure we have solved the one related to the details view and that fix goes in the next Beta. Thanks so much for the logs.

But the one in the audio player we haven't yet. If you can reproduce that crash in the audio player and submit logs we can fix that one too. Thanks.

If/when it happens again I will
