SAMOKC 1 Posted May 5, 2025 Posted May 5, 2025 After the recent iOS iPhone update, (Ver 2.2.38) 3 days ago, when watching a TV series, the selected episode plays and then I get the following: "Playback Error; There was an error processing the request. Please try again later." when the app attempts to play the next episode. If I manually select "Next Episode", the same error is encountered. I have made no changes to any settings before or after the update. "Play next episode automatically" is enabled in the App. A review of the other settings look correct, but the the next episode will not play automatically as before. This only occurs on the iPhone and not on the desktop the server resides. On another iPhone that has not been updated to the latest version, Play Next Episode still works. I have restarted the device, deleted the app and reinstalled on the iPhone and it still doesn't work properly. Seems like it could be a bug with the new update but I can't be sure. Certainly coincidental. Can a previous version be installed on the iPhone perhaps? Any thoughts on what is causing this and how it can be fixed? Thanks!
