emby server has video glitches

Hi, I have one of these prebuit mini computers I'll link at the end.  I installed ubuntu server lts on it, and do keep both the os and emby server upgraded.  After the last update, and continuing with this update about every 20 min or so the video will suddenly stop, the audio will go back and repeat about the last 3 seconds, then when the audio is about caught up, the video starts again.  then it takes 10-20 seconds for the audio and video to line up again.  This happens on shows and movies.  .mp4 or .mpk h264 or h265 doesn't matter.  It does it on brand new files, and files that are older that used to work seamlessly.  my files are set up to direct play, so it is not a matter of encoding.  It happens on my roku ultra in my living room, my roku tv in my bedroom, and on my laptop.  it's not a specific spot in the file, I watched a seinfeld episode 3 times last night to test.  It happened all 3 times, but in a different spot of the episode each time.  Is there anything I should check?  Thanks

Hi, the apps on most of my devices updated and now the only one that it does this on is my roku tv.  It's gotta be an app issue though if it works on everything else.
