Client apps: option to add a brief playback delay when using match frame rate/resolution

Why it would be helpful: When using match frame rate and/or match resolution with any app - Emby included - (usually with external streaming devices rather than native tv apps), the display will briefly go black while the frame rate and/or resolution are switching, and audio will start playing while the screen is still black. Some apps (Smarttube is one of them) have the option to add a brief delay (0.25, 0.5, 0.75 seconds etc) to playback so that playback doesn't start while the display is still black, and if you choose a duration that works for your setup, the timing makes playback feel seamless.

That's exactly one of those details that would make emby even more shiny :)

I'd also like to see something like this. Playback always starts before synchronization between all devices is complete and I have to skip back when the screen finally comes "alive".
