Hi

With the latest version 2.0.6, some elements of the screen are not displayed correctly on the Samsung KS7000 65''. For example, chapters in series or continuing to watch movies cannot be pressed. In version 2.0.3, everything was fine.

Hi.

With the latest version 2.0.6 on the Samsung KS7000 65", some elements on the screen are not displayed correctly. For example, chapters in series or continuing to watch movies won't work. In version 2.0.3, everything was displayed correctly.

Server Version: 4.8.11.0

I've tried downgrading to 2.0.3 and the installation fails.

Any solution, please.

I add to my previous message that the TV firmware is 1260

@jumateOK so it looks like some elements are cut off there, but are you sure you can't press them?

Posted

No, you can't press it. Even in the second image, the only visible button doesn't have focus.

In 2.0.3 everything worked perfectly.

How about 2.0.4?

I didn't get around to trying this version.

The problem is that Samsung TV won't let me install a lower version now.

Previous versions tested that worked:

1.9.6 (07/01/2025) (100% sure)

2.0.3 (12/04/2025) (I'm not 100% sure)

I have two Samsung TVs, a UE32M5500 and a UE43KU6510. Both are running V2.0.6. The UE32M5500 is fine but the UE43KU6510 has the same issue as @jumatehas. As can be seen in the pictures the UE32M5500 shows multiple episodes when in the season view however the UE43KU6510 shows a single placeholder that you cannot click on.image.thumb.jpeg.34a89d40d7861c115ce9ac6d532127d4.jpeg

Can you please let me know if 2.0.7 resolves it? Thanks.

@LukeI'm afraid it hasn't fixed it for the UE43KU6510.

I'm sorry to say that version 2.0.7 exhibits the same issues as 2.0.6 on my Samsung KS7000. Some elements are missing.

Same problem for me on KS7000. And now i cant see how long a movie/serie is. It does not show any information at all. It does not show what audio the file has.

I have to start a movie/serie to see how long it is.

And i can´t resume a movie/serie, it only shows play from beginning.

And can´t choose any subs before i start a movie/serie.

Had Emby 1.9.6 before and everything worked perfect.

Emby 2.0.7, Samusung KS7000 firmware: 1260.

Hi.

Just tried 2.0.8 and problem is still there. It does not show any type of information about the file. How long the movie are or what sound it has.

And still can´t choose subtitle before i start a movie/serie. And resume a movie/serie does not work, can only choose play from beginning.

Hi @Lukethat seems to have got the episodes displaying again but I've noticed something that looks a little odd. I'll look on my other TV and see if its my metadata or not.

Seems like 2.0.9 fixed it for me. The only thing i see is that episodes on series does not show when they were released.

It only says "00:00:00 CEST"

Thats what I was just checking, mine says 00:00:00 GMT (or BST)

Can you show a screenshot example? Thanks.

Is that the only place you see that?

@LukeI see it on all episodes no mater where I view them even if I press info whilst they are playing. Movies are working as expected.
