toudou 1 Posted April 27, 2025 Posted April 27, 2025 I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, I have intel GPU drivers properly installed, `intel-gpu-top` works properly too. emby-server is installed via snap, the process is running with root, I'm not sure why I'm getting `Message": "Failed to initialize VA /dev/dri/renderD128. Error -1` in the logs. Any idea ? hardware_detection-63881381806.txt

TMCsw 246 Posted April 27, 2025 Posted April 27, 2025 You are not doing anything wrong as emby does not yet support this iGPU... ...you can fallow along here:
RanmaCanada 494 Posted April 27, 2025 Posted April 27, 2025 You need to be running windows for this cpu to work. IAFIK it does not work on Linux, yet.

That is what I meant. If you want it to work with Emby, you need to be running Windows. Sorry I wasn't more clear.
