Does nothing

This android app connects via my home Wi-Fi network but does nothing whatsoever over a data connection.  I can't log into my server via connect or access my library or anything else--I just get a log in screen that never goes away.  Am I doing something wrong?

Client and server logs of you trying to connect over cellular might help. Are you able to connect to the server using data with the web client?
