Offline viewing

One annoying thing i find that i hope gets fixed or better is if you are outside of your local network and you just want to watch your offline media, if you have a connection like mobile data turned on it will try to connect your your server which it can't since it is local only and when it fails you can then finally watch your offline media, to solve this you have to turn off mobile data and then it will instantly fail so you can connect to your offline media, 

It would be nice if you had an option to say don't connect with mobile data, hopefully then if you have mobile data on you can view your offline media instantly when not connected to wifi, Or have an option to have startup behavior to have server selection/ offline media page shown first
