Can you show us what the entire structure looks like, and what top-level folder you have added to the Library? Also, would be good to post a server log file, in case your server is complaining it cannot access a required external resource for whatever reason - How to Report a Problem

Happy2Play 9780 Posted April 25, 2025 Posted April 25, 2025 Probably need to see the server log when you Refresh metadata on the Show to see the actual provider queries. Have verified your enabled metadata provider order on the library?

I've recreated the libraries to have no overlapping and now it works well. Many thanks.
