Robertc016 1 Posted April 24, 2025 Posted April 24, 2025 TV Series Theme Music Will Not Play on Samsung TVs Hi Guys, I'm new to Emby. It's possible I'm missing something or doing something wrong, so wanted to reach out for some help. I have Emby installed on multiple devices, and on all of my Samsung TVs. Followed instructions carefully to configure features. At least I thought I did, but ran into this potential problem: TV Series theme music will play fine on all of my Android and iOS devices; but when I select a TV series from any one of my 3 Samsung TVs, no theme music for any TV series selected will play. Shouldn't this feature work on my TVs, as it does on all my other devices (cell phone, tablets, laptops)? Settings on the TV app appear correct. Should I run another Intro Scan on all TV Series from the Server? I haven't added or changed anything in a very long time. Anything else I should try? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My Samsung TV is about 11 years old. It's a flatscreen HDTV, but it's not new. Thoughts?
