How to turn off Auto Switching of Refresh Rate

Hi Team,

I Currently Run the Emby Pc App, I have a 165 hz Monitor so everytime i run  the Emby App it switches to 120 FPS/ 120 hz

Is there any wayy i can stopp this from happening? as i have to switch bacck to 165 hz during a gaming sess this happens everytime pllease let me know if there s any fix
