Good afternoon.  I recently purchased the $5 month programming. I installed emby on my firestick and roku but i have not been able to finish the process.  Im stuck on the enter your IP addrees screen. I've tried inputting the IP from my internet and it doesn't work.  Ive tried several times with the 3 different addresses it shows and still doesn't take it. Do you know what I'm doing wrong. Please advice. Thank you

Have you installed your own server and populated it with media (or someone shared their server with you)?

No, I thought this was like no smoke vpn program I already have. I guess I'm not really comprehending as to, im new at this. What do I need to do or do you recommend I cancel the $5 subscription I purchased. Please advice and hopefully I can learn from you all on here. Thank you

As explained in linked KB article above, you either have to have your own server with your own media (or LiveTV tuner) or a friend (or family member) shared their server with you - otherwise send an email to:

The KB article provided to you in the 2nd post details everything you need to get started with Emby. Here it is again for reference: Quick Start
Since you've already paid for a month, you may as well start by installing your own server and testing out the software.

If you are here looking for a way to simply purchase a media streaming service without installing your own server and providing your own media files, then you've come to the wrong place.

Emby = software only. No media is provided for you. Thanks.
