How to connect to my Emby server?

I use Cloudflare Tunnel to make my server public, and use Cloudflare Access for authentication.When I log in to Emby using the web page, I can verify my identity normally and log in.But when I use Emby app, the authentication page can't pop up and I can't log in.

This post does not involve authentication issues. My Emby website uses OTP authentication, I can't see the OTP page when I use the APP, so I can't log in.

Emby has not added any special handling for cloudfare. When you use the browser your authentication is intercepting the url and probably using redirecting to authenticate and then return. None of that is going to be available when using native apps.

Is there any header that can help identify when Emby app makes a request to the server? I want to change the authentication method by identifying the header.

Not really but you can check for the /authenticateuserbyname url
