It used to have this but almost no one used it and maintaining and supporting it properly was just too expensive.

I have been using Emby for a short time, no more than 6 to 8 months, I think. I used to be on Plex, then I moved to Jellyfin, but eventually I ended up with Emby. I would have liked to see those features, but for now I will have to settle for what is available. Anyway, thank you very much.

Hi Happy2Play,

Could you please (if possible) give me "custom css "fill" code" to test for my collection. Thank you

Here you go.

img.coveredImage-contain {
    object-fit: fill;
}

I did not realize the fix for the collection image scaling differently for collections than other Coverart treatments was this easy. Thanks for this @Happy2Play!

Thank you. It works!

Hopefully, some other devices like AppleTV 4K can also apply it in the future, maybe by setting a transparency border instead of a solid border.

There are a number of different image treatments that are quite noticeable because they put discs into the image showing how many items are in the collection.

Look, @ebr, this is what I do, but in the end the CD icons never appear in the cover thumbnail. I do not know if I am missing something. Could you correct me?

embyserver.txt

Approximately between 12:40 p.m. and 12:43 p.m.

@ebrMaybe it is a problem that only affects Synology NAS devices, or could it be global? I do not have Emby on a Windows server to test it.

It appears your server cannot access the necessary file location.

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file '/var/packages/EmbyServer/var/cache/images/enhanced-images/b/b47e9b62475b2be95272cbe6efa4d0d2.jpg'.

The path is different from what appears in the directory. I do not see the var folder on the Emby server.

On Synology you'll need to SSH into there:

Emby Server Data Folder

Yes, it is correct, that is how I have it. However, according to the log reviewed by @ebr the plugin cannot access: /var/packages/EmbyServer/var/cache/images/enhanced-images. But first, it could never access it because in Synology the path does not start with /var, but with /volume1. And second, there is no var folder between EmbyServer and cache on Synology. Which makes me understand that the plugin is not working properly on Synology.

Perhaps var is just something virtual. But notice this in your server log:

	Data path: /var/packages/EmbyServer/var

The server is using /var/packages/EmbyServer/var all over the place, and it obviously works just or the server wouldn't even be able to create a log file.

So, what exactly would the error be? Why is the plugin unable to replace the cache files?

Why does it say it can't find the route?

Did you verify the image exists?

/cache/images/enhanced-images/b/b47e9b62475b2be95272cbe6efa4d0d2.jpg

My guess would be the database recorded an image there and it is no longer there.
