Migrate from Windows - how to add a new libary?

I've created shared folder name "Media" under Media, another folder: Movies, TV-Shows and more..

I want to create Library for Movies for example, but I can't get into Media, not sure if I'm doing this right

My first installation was from Synology package manager, then I've found the installation in this page: https://emby.media/synology-server.html, so I took the beta one, but in all of them I was not able to reach into Media directory.

What is the best practice here? what are the first steps?

Figure out need to give permission to Emby.
