Could we add a function of "Actor Management"?

Could we add a function of "Actor Management"? It should allow browsing all actors by their first letter and managing their corresponding information. Also, it should enable viewing all the movies an actor has participated in here.

大概一两年前我也提出过这样的功能建议，但是不记得什么原因，那时就一直没有实现，现在我依然和你一样希望可以在一个页面上浏览所有演员，这是一个很基础的功能，我不明白为什么一直没有

I think this is a great idea. I was just coming to make a feature request just to be able browse by actor. This would be even better!
