MBA: Bland start screen

Hello Devs.

Since the latest update to MBS to version Version 3.0.5441.2 I have the following problem on a hidden test user: (see screenshot)

Don't know if this is an issue with MBA or MBS. Other users are working fine:

Please move this to MBS section cause the same thing happens when I'm on webclient.
