Hi, of couse

For .srt external subtitles example:

Folder name: Avatar (2011)

Movie name: Avatar (2011).mkv

Subtitle name: Avatar (2011).es.srt   <-- this shows "Spanish"

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Movie folder: Avatar (2011)

Movie name: Avatar (2011).mkv

Subtitle name: Avatar (2011).es-419.srt   <-- to show "Spanish Latin American". Or just "Latin American"

 

By the way, I discovered a minute ago that Plex already have that implemented (see image below)

Looks like an addition similar to what was provided for Chinese.  Looks like there could be many for Spanish.

es.es and es.419 is what is needed

For portuguese Brasil and Portugal

French France and Canadian

Eng-US eng-UK and so on

Just like the Blu-ray subtitles  forrmat is offered
