Users getting kicked off server after 1 hour

hello, 

Having an issue trying to add people to the server.  user signs up for connect, the user validate email accepted, user logs into the server no issues. Then after about an hour the user account is deleted . Showing user has been deleted in my alerts on settings page. Keeps happening not sure how to correct.
