No controls on IOS app (next / previous)

Hello Emby

i don’t seem to have the “next / previous” controls on the IOS app. 
When playing a tv series on shuffle the next / previous buttons used to be there. Now we have no way to skip.

HI, yea it's just tight on space now due to the buttons being made bigger.

Are you able to click the play queue icon and use that?

Thanks @Lukeim not sure what you mean re play queue. I simply use the episode shuffle feature and the. Skip and back (used to). 
could a skip and bank go on the bottom left and right where the cog and speed icons are?  I mean people must use skip more tban they would the speed button surely?

The play queue is the button with the three lines on it. Did you try clicking that?

Yrs I tried hitting that - the list was blank. 
I use the shuffle episodes feature quite a bit. I just hit the series shuffle button but can’t skip to next episode.

Not sure what you mean. 
im using Emby IOS on my iPhone to show content from my Emby server in my home. 
if I use my Emby app on my Samsung tv to do the same “shuffle episodes” I get the “next” icon fine - it’s just not there on the IOS app

Yes I happen to be casting to my tv in my bedroom. 
does that really matter?  I would have thought the iOS interface would still have a previous / next button on shuffle?

Hi @LukeI don’t get the repeated questions on what app I’m remote controlling. 
all I’m saying is I’m casting to a screen from my IOS Emby app and I can’t see the next/ previous buttons on my interface as per my image I posted. This is when I use the shuffle episodes feature. 
the “next” button used to be there and now it’s not. 
is there a way to cast to a tv on the iOS EMBY app using the shuffle episodes feature and then skip?  
that’s all I’m asking.

It’s a Samsung tv. 
not sure what “app” you’re referring to. My tv had a Chromecast. I’m casting to a Samsung tv with a Chromecast attached. I’d like to skip from the iOS app like I used to be able to do please.

I have the same issue when playing music. Only the stop and pause buttons are shown.

There is no way to skip forward/backward. I'm running Emby for iOS 2.2.46

Is there a way to have the buttons displayed?

@LukeHi, I’ve been experiencing the same issue for a while. It was fixed on the web browser side with version 4.9.3.0, but on iOS there still hasn’t been any client update. I hope this can help point you toward possible solutions.

Hi, the iOS update released today (version 2.2.47) fixed the issue
