Duplicate "currently popular" section that shows what movies and series other users are watching?

Could there be a system where a predefined number of users are watching a certain movie or show it can show up in a "currently popular" section? It doesn't need to say who's watching it and you could set a limit like three or more users need to be watching it for it to be added to the list.
