Of my users, one person can't log in to the server via emby connect

I have no problems connecting to emby via my home network and also via external connection.

Most of my users also manage to log in to my server via emby connect.

A user can't do it. I deleted this person and then added it again, She received an email from emby to confirm the link. After this, she selects the server but receives a notification that connection is possible. What can I do?

Hi, is she able to do a manual connection by clicking add server and entering the address manually?

Some people's browser locks out IP numbers.  This happens a lot with Safari and most all mobile browser apps.  Have the user try:
 http://###.###.###.###:####

Also have them try opening a browser incognito page and then use the http://

If you have access to your own website, you could create a link on a hidden page and just give your user a link to that page.  You could make the link even safer with an image-map link of some item inside a larger image on the hidden page.  Do not include this page in your sitemap.

Hope that helps.

Both upper mentioned possibilities did not have effect. Helas

Some people are typing the URL address into a search field instead of the browser URL.  I have found that many users just don't know the difference.

No Helas. Do you have another tip?

No Helas. Do you have another tip? She uses a laptop of her school (teacher). Could that be the problem?

What exactly happened when she tried this?

Its should be http:/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8096

@FreekverheulYou should delete your picture, since it has you external IP address showing.
