Edit Playlist Metadata Hangs

Good day,

I noticed that if I go to a playlist that I create, and select "Edit Metadata", all I get is a spinning circle and the data never populates, or allows edits.  For example, I'd like to write a brief overview of the playlist in the "Overview" field, but it doesn't allow me to use the form to do it.

I CAN edit this information in the Metadata Manager, just not directly in the UI.

Does this work for anybody else, or is it something on my end?

I just repeated the activity, and here is the log....

If I use "Manage Collaboration" and share the playlist with the admin account, I can use the metadata editor in the admin account to edit the Overview, and edit other things.  It appears as a permission issue to me.  Even though I created the playlist, I don't have the permissions necessary to edit the metadata.  That's what it seems to me anyway, you would know better.
