metadata\musicartists problem

I have the MP3 file that automatically scraped the artist biography. I want to know which plugin is running and if I can turn off this feature.

I have the folder, programdata\metadata\musicartists\Alex Ebert-musicbrainzartist-a22e0fde-9f2b-4c29-aa87-5a987cb1\folder.jpg

musicbrainz i have already uninstall, but when I upload an avatar, a directory is still auto-generated liked programdata\metadata\musicartists\Alex Ebert-musicbrainzartist-a22e0fde-9f2b-4c29-aa87-5a987cb1.
