Playback is Not Showing up in Server Dashboard

With the new Android app for firetv or google play store app, nothing shows up on the server dashboard while playing. The only thing it shows that my username authenticates on the server while playing. (See below picture)

Also, while testing the new app. I try to force the system to transcode and nothing happens. The system  still direct plays it. I know this because I have alot of DV files and my tv still notify me that Im playing DV and Dolby Atoms files. I also check for stats for nerds and nothing is there. It just have Stream (with nothing there) and the Video section is had Rendered MediaCodec. I also tried this on other files as well.

Any ideals whats going on?  My apple devices works and the web works as well

Thanks I will give that a look. I dont want to make another post for a small question.I have some local devices, that dont transcode at all when playing on the new Emby app. I have a firetv that doesnt support truehd but Emby says it direct playing it. When I go back to the "Android TV" the old one, its transcode.
