OK is your Emby Server running? Can you try clicking add server and entering the server address manually?

You don't know what machine you installed Emby Server on? Then it's really someone else's server and not your server, right?

If it's someone else's server then you'll need to ask them. Maybe they shut down the server temporarily, or maybe they revoked your access.
