A quick test and it's working in emby and OpenSubtitles 1.0.64, thank you.

Ah, no, there is a problem. The subs download to emby's metadata folder just fine (yay!), I can see them in the folder. However, they're not used by emby. They're not available for selection on the items page or during playback. Below is a clean log showing me trying searching and downloading the subs.
