Deferences between iPad and iPhone iOS app

Some strange things I’ve noticed between iPhone and iPad iOS apps 

iPad app can’t search subtitle manually per title just endless spinning of load. 

iPad cannot delete image art via title context menu, just pops an error “there was an error processing the request. Please try again later” you can add art ie, background backdrops, just can’t delete art. 
 

These have been persistent for a while now, just posting to get some clarification on it.
