Well I'm also trying to learn why it is difficult to find, so these questions help me discover that. But it is in the app's playback settings, at the bottom.

Downloaded Android apps 3.4.56 from emby.media and now have the "Force Transcode MPEGTS" option on my Galaxy phone, Firestick and Google TV, I did not realize the versions on app stores were not the latest available. 3.4.56 works fine, but there is one Live TV behaviour that's strange: After rewinding when you FF back to the Live Broadcast, the playback will hang instead of stopping you at the live portion. Rewinding a click or two fixes the issue and gets the video playing again, but it's odd that the app doesn't just stop you at or slightly before Live TV playback is achieved.
Neminem 1519 Posted April 12, 2025 Posted April 12, 2025 you need to go back to the future. But yes its an issue that we are able to try to move past (now) and into the future of the stream. Especially with live tv, there is no going past now, and into the future. It would be nice, to fast forward to see the score of that match, and make a bet
