What is "PlaySessionId"

Hi, I'm trying to make a bandwidth monitor for Emby. I've made pretty good progress, but I can't find anywhere the "PlaySessionId" comes from and not enough information about it in docs. Does anyone know what is "PlaySessionId" and how to determine which user's? (with api or db)

Iterate the items and check against the id of each.

Is the "Id" found here what I'm looking for? None of "PlaySessionId" passed in the URL is found here, are the IDs changed quickly?

PlaySessionId is for one specific playback session. It is short term, and in the vast majority of cases you shouldn't have to do anything with it.
