Fresh install - Blank Collections

Hi All,

After a fresh install all my collections have no metadata just a blank folder icon. I have tried all the usual tricks of replacing all metadata and images, and searching for missing meta data etc but makes no difference.

Is there anything else I can try please? I have of course checked the correct settings on the movie libraries. 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check the settings in your Collections library (same place where your movie libraries are).

Thanks, see below. Tried library scan and refreshing metadata (with images) on my movie libraries and still no luck

Try using the manual image editor to see if you can download an image.

That's not the image downloader. Please try that using the image editor by clicking the search icon.

I would try refreshing the metadata on one of the other ones and see if that helps.

Yeah did not work, if I use identify it pulls the data down, I just can't get it to automatically update.

Yea I think that's because we don't match collections on name alone because it could cause a collection with a custom name to get matched to something on tmdb. That's why you had to use Identify.

Dunno why it was not doing automatically, but multi-selected and refreshed metadata / images from within collections and they have come through. All back up and running now
